2. Services Provided

TokenAds.io offers the following marketing services:

• Influencer Marketing (900+ verified influencers on YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram)
• PR Publishing on 300+ crypto news and media websites

All services are delivered digitally. We do not guarantee financial results, token purchases, investment outcomes, exchange listings, or price performance.

3. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate and lawful promotional materials.
• The client must ensure that their project complies with local and international regulations.
• The client must not promote illegal, harmful, or fraudulent products.
• TokenAds.io reserves the right to reject any project that violates advertising standards.

4. Campaign Delivery

Campaigns are scheduled and delivered once payment is confirmed. Delivery timelines depend on region, influencer availability, and PR platform schedules.

After a campaign has started, it cannot be paused, reversed, or changed unless mutually agreed.

5. No Performance Guarantees

TokenAds.io guarantees exposure and delivery of purchased services. However, we do not guarantee:

• Traffic volume
• Follower growth
• Sales or investor conversions
• Exchange listings
• Token price movement

6. Refund Policy

TokenAds.io offers a 15-day unconditional full refund guarantee for all marketing packages. Clients may request a full refund within 15 days of purchase without providing any reason.

Refunds must be requested through our official support email or WhatsApp communication channels. Once a refund is issued, all scheduled or active campaign activities will be cancelled immediately.

After the 15-day refund period expires, all sales are final and non-refundable.

7. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed exclusively in cryptocurrency. TokenAds.io accepts major crypto assets such as USDT, USDC, BTC, and ETH.

Payment must be made in full before a campaign is activated. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your campaign will be scheduled.

Cryptocurrency values are determined at the moment of payment. Network fees (gas fees) are the responsibility of the client.

8. Privacy

Client data is confidential and will never be shared with third parties unless required by law. Our Privacy Policy describes how data is stored, protected, and used.

9. Limitation of Liability

TokenAds.io is not responsible for losses related to:

• Market conditions or token price fluctuations
• Third-party platform errors or outages
• Influencer delays or cancellations
• Unexpected PR platform changes

10. Agreement

By purchasing or using TokenAds.io services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.
